When is the deadline for applications?

Artist applications close on October 27th, 2023.

Applications received after the deadline will still be accepted but you may be put on the waitlist.

Please do not contact us in regards to your application status. We will e-mail you to confirm that there is space for you.

How do I apply for artist alley?

How much does an artist table cost?

An artist alley space on the upstairs floor costs $250, and on the downstairs floor it costs $150. It includes (1) 6’x30″ table, (2) chairs, and (2) passes. Additional artist passes can be purchased for the convention’s “At The Door” registration cost. There is also a half table option (downstairs only) that costs $85 and includes (1) shared 6’x30″ table, (1) chair, and (1) pass.

Can I volunteer as well as be an artist?

Yes! We appreciate any artist that wishes to also volunteer at our convention. Any artist that completes twelve hours of volunteer service shall receive extra perks including free meals at concession. The hours must be documented by a staff member and performed during set-up, take-down or served under a specific department head. In addition to notifying the artist alley coordinator, please complete a volunteer application form.

How much does a vendor space cost?

Depending on the location and whether you are wanting a small booth, regular booth, half room, or full room, the price will range from $300 to $625. Please see the Vendor Package for details.
